Problem Statement
Despite ICAI’s strong position as a leading professional body, the challenge it faced was increasing visibility and engagement for its various events, seminars, and webinars in a highly competitive digital environment. While ICAI’s events were well-regarded, their digital outreach and engagement were limited, and their promotional efforts were not reaching the desired number of professionals or industry stakeholders.
ICAI needed a strategy to promote its events more effectively to a wider audience, particularly young professionals, CA aspirants, and industry leaders who would benefit from attending these events. The traditional methods of event promotion were proving to be inefficient in reaching the right people, especially given the rise of digital-first engagement platforms.
